Royal Mail buy shipping not showing in RM's system
Good morning all,
I’ve noticed this seem to be cropping up more often… Buyer messages they haven’t got their stock, tracking suggests it doesn’t exist to Royal Mail. We’ve never had it on Click & Drop only Buy Shipping. RM account manager isn’t interested in the slightest as it’s not a compensable service (CRL 48).
It has been sent 100%, I packed it myself… yet nothing shows for tracking.
Yeah I can reprint the label and send it but am I going to get the same message? And I’ve lost my stock… It’s not a huge % of our orders this seems to happen to but it is cropping up more often…
Anyone else?
… and there’s more from Monday… And now Tuesday. I feel I’ve got a headache on my hands.

You can claim back the cost of the postage using the online claim form now. You didn’t used to be able to.
