Read onlyI've been in touch with Account Health Assurance and they have confirmed my account is in good standing and healthy and the performance metrics are very good.
They have told me to contact Seller Central Support for help which I have.
Non of my items are eligible at this time to be the featured offer, my account has been suppressed.
Here are some of the responses from Amazon Support -
I have checked all the resources but we are currently not having the option to enable the Buy Box for your ASINs now.
I checked everything again for you but it shows Merchant not qualified to win the Buy Box.
Once you become eligible for Buy Box, you will be notified in the seller central.
I’m not a new starter on Amazon, I’m on target for 250K turnover currently on 150K with very good health ratings
Any help would be appreciated
