How to unsubscribe from VAT SERVICES on Amazon
My account is suspended and I’m not able apeal for it.
We are linked with a recent colaborator even though our entity is fully independent, nor do we share any information in common.
We want to resign/cancel all the services regarding VAT because they are unused if our account is suspended.
7 days ago, our inventory apear stranded and today amazon just auto-issue to return all our inventory from FBA.
Due to another suspensión we were forced to register several VAT accross europe because our account was suspended because we enabled PAN-European program in its early days.
At that time we were allowed to participate and the backend automatically generated translations for several market by default.

Summary:
we want to quit Amazon, in our case it is too unreliable to deal with.
how are we supposed to unsubscribe VAT services, when there is non such option and we are suspended?

We made everything in our capabilites to keep the account but this is beyond our reach.
7 days ago we receive suspension notification
today we got all inventory ship back.
all our work in the back two years go to waste.
Our brand store disabled.
Our listing inactive.
everything lost.
we give up.

You cannot unsubscribe VAT services if you are suspended. because the option is not available in seller support anymore. there is no solution for it.

I understand that your account has been deactivated as it is related to some another account.
As suggested by @PeterB, do you have a written contact with the 3rd party ?
If so, please provide supporting documents (Documents are allowed and should support the reasons for the account relations. To name a few, it could be registration details, the opening of past account(s), if you share your information with others, if any staff of yours attempted account creation and if there were any incomplete registration of accounts).
Also you can click on the Call me now button on the Account Health Dashboard and reach out to the concerned team for better help.
