Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated
Two days ago, I attempted to create an FBA shipment, but encountered the following message: "Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated."
In an effort to resolve this issue, I opened a case log. However, the issue remains unresolved.
This situation is adversely affecting my store, and I am unable to proceed with my business operations. If anyone has a solution or can provide assistance, please help.

You were hit with an FBA violation. You have to resolve the FBA violation in order to create new FBA orders.
If you cannot locate the violation, you should post the case ID of the case that you opened so a moderator can tell you more instructions.
