Are you trying to list these as “new” ?

Can you also post the notification they sent you

Doesn’t matter, you got caught. It’s on the list of prohibited items

"Mystery boxes,” “Surprise boxes,” or similarly named products containing items that are not clearly described on the product detail page

OK so:

  1. your company number matches the wrong company
  2. your pictures don’t have a white background
  3. returns is spelt wrong
  4. mystery boxes are not allowed
  5. you say it’s new but then say they might not be new
  6. you are using other people’s logos like argos and currys
  7. you can’t say no returns
  8. how can this be true when you’ve just started ‘Seller n’1 on Amazon with Wholesale Boxes’

@EASIER_LIF3 Please take the advice of the vast number of people on this forum that have tried to guide you so far. These types of offers are not suitable for Amazon.

Amazon and its customers expect/require that a product is listed with specific details about its size, colour, specifications etc. Their policies make that very clear. You will be in a world of pain trying to sell some random bunch of returned stock via this mechanism. You’ll be thrown of the platform, and if you’ve made any sales to that point, you’ll likely lose those funds too.

My advice? Actually list the individual stock you have as Used against the appropriate listings - matching them via their EAN/GTINs. Once you’ve got to grips with how Amazon works, then start thinking about growing your business in other ways. But please please don’t think about these ‘mystery boxes’ or vouchers etc. That isn’t the Amazon way.

I hope you are aware that Customers can still send them back for full refund within 30 days, regardless of what you say.
The customer can buy a box, check the products and if no good can send the box back
This is not the right platform to send these type of products.
