Username change issue
Hi
I have a registered trademark with amazon and id like my amazon username to be the same as the brand name however the name is not available is there any way to report this to amazon or not as there isn’t an option in the report a violation tool to report someone’s username. It says next to changing the username that using anyone’s registered trademark is against amazons policies so just wondering how i can report it or get them to change it as i cant seem to find the user either

you only registered your trademark recently so if the other seller has been using it for years, thats not really fair on the other seller
and as its still not fully registered, there is still time for the other seller to object

I don’t want the other seller to receive any sort of suspension etc on their account I’m just now wondering if my current username gets trademarked will that person be able to report a violation to amazon as the person using my trademark does not have that as a registered trademark the name is not similar to any other trademarks in its class

should be okay then as i assume that trademark wont be registered in class 9 might just have to trademark my username also just to make sure as it isn’t worth the risk knowing the account could be shut down from one ip violation
