Cancel started change of legal entity
Hello fellow Amazon Sellers,
I am a new seller and have just opened a professional sellers account. However, during the process of setting up my account, I ended up changing the legal entity. It was a mistake and I want to cancel the change of legal entity once I have not provided any other verification documents yet.
I contacted Amazon several times, and there is no plausible response that could help me resolve this issue as they keep on sending me the very same link to provide provide verification. All I need is to simply cancel the change of legal entity process.
Has someone experienced this before, able to say something to help me resolve this issue?
Best wishes to all.

Yes I have experienced this. My solution was to properly delete this account (I wrote them an email) and to create a new one TEN DAYS later. The legal entity is that name you get your tax invoice, and not your eventual brand name.

Also, just to chip in here - Professional is not the name of an account type, but the paid for selling plan.
The account types - legal entity - are Business and Individual (the latter ONLY for selling off own personal second-hand items, not new goods).
