I would say that is self-explanatory. You need to ensure that your card matches EXACTLY what you have input to Amazon, and just wait until they have checked and verified it.
Can take longer than the 24 hrs they state.

i have my debit card linked with my bank account . i add and today i change my bank account and i will wait 24 hours to verify it
