Fix stranded inventory

Does anyone know why now I’m get getting stranded inventory? Never had any more years!

In the ‘Action’ section on the Amazon Central dashboard, items are appearing here as stranded. Amazon is suggesting I create a new listing with the item(s) or create a removal order. I presume these are returned items that can be sold but, I’m not sure why they are not put back with the rest of the stock or automatically removed.

Anyone had any experience with this?
