Yes you can but in my experience, if the items can be matched by Amazon’s bots, your offer will be downgraded so you will get the buy box less often, if at all. Even if you are the only seller, you won’t get the buy box.
This applies if other sellers are selling the same item cheaper elsewhere.

The EU and Amazon have just reached agreement on the buy box methodology so in the EU at least, this should become less common. However not in the UK (thanks again Brexit. The gift that keeps on giving)!

It also depends on whether or not you use the EAN as that’s how they find and match them
