Account deactivated: several calls and written plans submitted but it seems no one at Amazon reads
Hello,
I am a new seller, and my account got deactivated due to some sellers complaining of policy violation. I called Amazon several times and was advised to submit a plan. I submitted detailed plans but it seems no one reads them and I get a generic refusal asking for same details every time. I have explained in detail in my plan how the mistake/error happened. Please can someone help, please at least read my submissions and then take an informed decision. Thanks

It will have been read (in some fashion) but Amazon never give specific reasons for rejection or suggestions as to what they want to see. All they say is greater / more detail etc.
You do have the option to post more info here in the hope another seller offers advice more tailored to your situation, but otherwise you're not to get much more help from Amazon themselves.
