Hello, I have a problem, I made my shipment through UPS to RMN3 - FREDERICKSBURG, VA, 22406, my package says that it has already been delivered but two weeks have passed and it is still not in my inventory, I opened a case to ask for help and nothing

Thanks for raising this here in the forums! Have you seen any movement on this shipment in the past few days? Also, when you look at the Contents tab of your shipment, what is the date on which you can request an investigation?
