Printing Problems, Urgent help please

My thermal printer stopped working and I need to print my postage labels urgently. I have just uninstalled Amazon Print Direct but now when I try to reprint labels that I have already bought postage for it just downloads a zpl file to my PC, I’m stuck.

Why didn’t you just change the default printer in Print Connect?

you can try to convert the ZPL to PDF and print to a printer from that - lots of websites that will convert free of charge
