Royal Mail Stamps/Franking Delivered But Shown Not Delivered
I used Royal Mail Stamps/Franking for our FBM products whilst on holiday. A customer reports they have received and want to leave feedback. Amazon shows for them the product has not been delivered. I can’t see a way to tell Amazon it’s delivered and their process seems flawed.

It won’t show as delivered as there’s no tracking to show it is has been. I’m unsure if it simply updates and allows feedback after the last estimated postage date has past.
One thing to note, was marking them as despatched using stamps/franking a temporary measure for a small number of orders? As that method of despatch will now impact your VTR.

`We send about 170 untracked orders per month using Amazon Buy shipping/Royal Mail/Stamps/Franking and customers contact me now and again to say the item has been received, but point out that it still shows as “in transit” on their order page. I still receive customer feedback, although very little, about 4 or 5 per month which is about right for the amount of items I sell.

Yes - that happens to me. It’s a bit of a flaw in the system.
Sometimes a company’s buying department will contact me to say that an item is showing as not delivered.
I ask them to check if it actually has been with the person named on the ordewr and it usually has.
