Refunding label for "I don't want it anymore" product

I had a return on FBM because the customer no longer wanted/needed that product two days after they had bought it, Amazon refunded it at first scan but it is now asking me to refund £3.47 for the return label. I thought that this would fall into customer changing their mind situation and they would have to pay for the label? And why return labels are so expensive? I had to pay £3.47 for a return of a small item that I sent with a 75p letter postage.

Unless it’s in categories that always require free returns (like fashion) the return postage should be the Buyer’s responsibility, yes. What category was the item?

Is it actually asking you to refund ?
Or is it just sitting there on your dashboard as an open return ?
If the latter, you can just ignore it, its not a request but the system just can’t see the correct refund
