Customer support as thick as brick

Due to postage delays via Royal Mail and us getting refund claims for late delivery, we manually changed all our listings to 10 working days… only to get a load of orders on the weekend which defaulted back to the 1-2 working days. We thought we did something wrong… NOOOOOO…

Amazons system is broken because after doing the inventory file upload the extended handling time only seemed to be saved for about 7 hours before defaulting back to 1-2 hours. I have asked amazon to change the default handling time in my shipping settings to 10 working days and they keep saying do an upload…

HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE!!!

Do you use an inventory management system like Linnworks as these can reset handling time if they are not configured correctly…

This happened to me previously with Linnworks.

If you go to channel integration and change your default fulfilment latency to what your handling time is on Amazon, then that should stop it overwriting it.

If channel integration is off, then it shouldn’t change it, but I’d be checking and amending it anyway just to cover my bases.

Seller support are quite limited.

I don’t bother with them anymore unless its something I know they can answer.

The forums are a million times better! :joy:
