Please Help! LOA and Document Requirement

Hi! I just registered for a Amazon Europe Seller using an LLC registered in Delaware, US.

After the registration, I received a notification saying I need to submit a Letter of Authorisation which I did, but they requested another “official document” to confirm that the signatory of the LOA is the beneficial owner and at the same time the legal representative of the company. I’m a sole owner of the LLC so I kind of authorized myself on the LOA.

What ‘official document’ did you submit and was accepted by the verification team? We submitted the Cerificate of Formation and IRS EIN Letter was were not accepted.

I hope someone with similar experience will be able to share a solution.
