UK Trademark rejected by amazon

Hi there,

My Trademark was rejected by amazon due to 'The brand name field in Trademark website is blank.' However i filed for a design mark (logo trademark) which amazon seem to offer when going through the process.

My logo matches my brand name word for word so this is quite confusing, I've reapplied again for the 3rd time i'm hoping for some human intervention. There is nowhere on the trademark website to include the name too.
