Guys, When I registered for my seller account I had no option presented to choose account type so Professional account was created as default. Once the account was open, I changed it to Individual account but I still got charged £30 (for my professional account) How do I get this refunded? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Help - top right of seller homepage - and open a case with Seller Support.
As long as you have not sold anything you should get a refund.
Being charged the fee indicates that you signed up for the Professional Selling Plan (rather than Individual), even if it wasn’t your intention and this was done by a mistake.
The option is always available, but very small and greyed out when registering.
If you already downgraded, you can request a refund of any previously charged monthly fees by opening a case with the Seller Support, using this link:
