Unable to add new items

Hi,

I have been adding products to Amazon like normal but after adding the item it does not appear in my inventory.

I fill in all the required details for the offer (price, condition, quantity etc.) and then save and finish. It gives the usual message of ‘your updates have been submitted’ with the green tick. But after that it does not exist in my inventory even after 24 hours. When I search for the ASIN there are no results.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? Thanks

I get it too on some items.

Even items that are already on Amazon and I’m just trying to add my offer to, or indeed items that are in my inventory that I am trying to add a condition to (so I can send to FBA)… it appears to work, gives me a SKU etc and then just vanishes never to be seen again

I give up with SS who tell me how to list items, or tell me that the SKU I am giving them doesn’t exist (which is ironically the reason I’m contacting them), like you I have tried multiple browsers, multiple PCs, even tried the app, and spreadsheet uploads

It seems that some products are just “bugged” and you can’t add an offer to them.

I usually decide my sanity isn’t worth trying to get in touch with SS and I just sell it elsewhere
