Error code 5461
Hi. We are currently experiencing this error 5461, our listings are not duplicated and we are authorized retailer of these known brands. I have contacted the support but the only option was to submit documentation such as certificates, brand letters, screenshots of each error etc but we have more than 14,000 products. All our SKUs was turned into default shipping template and removed from PRIME. All ASINs in our entire catalogue was affected which is odd to get this error because we are not adding new products.

Can Anybody HELP!?!
All of my listings seem to be throwing this error message. Which in turn is not allowing for ANY updates to take place on the SKU. It won’t even allow for the save bottom to be visible. The only option is to contact support, who in turn asked me to provide; documentation, real images, certificates, brand letter of authorisation etc etc for 14,000 items. YES 14,000 ITEMS. I politely told them where to go.
The listings are not duplicate ASIN/SKU and so i am unsure what other error could be causing this across all of my listings. In turn it has reverted ALL of my SKU’S into default shipping template meaning i cannot sell ANYTHING on PRIME.
Has anybody had this issue and any possible solutions?
