hi my account was suspended more then a year ago due to 2 complains , first one is that the item description is wrong and second one customer claim for refund because don’t like the item , he took the item and money as well and on top amazon suspend my account its a year now but they don’t open my account what should i do , any idea thanks

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated. From your post it sounds like you were suspended due to your account’s Order Defect Rate exceeding the 1% target. The defects were caused by negative feedbacks and A-Z claims complaining about the receipt of defective, damaged and materially different items. Or did you receive any non-receipt complaint as well?

You will need to write a Plan of Action, in which you tell Amazon, what you have done to address the issue and how will you prevent this happening again.

The appeal shouldn’t focus on specific orders but talk about the issue in general.

Here is an example appeal addressing the issue, which you can use when preparing your own Plan of Action, but definitely don’t copy full sentences and talk about your specific situation:
