I got the below email:
We are contacting you as part of our screening program to ensure Toys products on Amazon website meet specified certification standards.
As a result, you must provide the required safety documentation no later than 27th September 2019.

I collected the information (test results and certificates) and sent it to [child-safety@amazon.co.uk] as requested in the help page. In response I get an email asking me to initiate a case. I initiate a case and in response I am asked to email child-safety !! A full circle!

My ASINs are suppressed, my regulatory information is going around in circles.

Any one have any idea of what to do? Please help.

Been there, kept going round in circles. In the end just had to accept that they ended the listings and moved on. Spent hours and hours gettig the info and sending it backwards and forwards. Amazon, seriously why do you do this every single time, it’s like a Benny Hill show.
