My listing wont save edits
Hi all,
We are starting to see some success on the amazon platform (thankfully) and on our most popular listing, I have tried to make some edits - keywords, description etc - as the information is no longer accurate.
I can change pictures, but cannot change the description details or keywords. (I have been able to amend the bullet points)
Is there something I’m missing?
As you can add another set of keywords, do you guys do that? Ours won’t even save changes to the first line of keywords.
And as for the description, has anyone else had this experience - what did you guys do to overcome this?

Are you talking about your own branded listings or not?
If they are your brand, registered with brand registry and you still can’t update them, then you need to open a case via brand registry.
If not, and the edit doesn’t work, you can open a case with support and try to get them changed that way.
However, you more than likely won’t get them changed.
