Customer claiming refund after damaging the item
I sold an item to a customer and after using and damaging the item , she claimed for a refund . When I refused , she applied for AtoZ claims . I send all the evidence and pictures (before and after) of the item .As a result , they told me to resend the item back to customer but arrange shipping from my side!!
My concern is that customer is asking for a refund , so resending her the same item isnt a solution to the probblem
Secondly ,how sending her item from my side is a guarantee that the problem is solved and I wont be charged? to me sending or not sending means amazon has sided in the buyers side .
thirdly ,how can I avoid the deduction from my account .I did not approve of the refund as its a loss to me ,so why would I be charged ?
Your answers would be really appreciated!

So basically, you received the item back and then refused to refund anything, without agreeing to make a deduction reflecting the cost of loss of value, right?
Could you post here the communication which you received from Amazon to see what it says? Normally, they would just fund it out of their own pocket.
I think that providing just the return instructions, therefore your return address will be enough.
As long as you comply with Amazon’s instructions, there is no reason why your account should be debited for the claim.

This is what they said
" kindly use other shipping services to return item yourself .return item back withing 3 days to avoid deduction, and avoid to give irrelevant answer."
Basically they were rude with their answers. So at the moment they are forcing me to resend the item back to the buyer from my side (amazon wont be involved) . My concern is that the buyer will damage the product even more and resend it back to me as she is asking for a refund .Sending from my side means separate charges which I have to bear . And whats the guarantee that after sending the item back the case will be closed and i wont be charged for refund? Im really concerned here .

the above was the last message and it was from AtoZ claims .
Right now , all I care is to unauthorise amazon to my debit card which I dont know how

i just want to know if there is a way I can unauthorise amazon from deducting from my bank account.

No, I will be deactivating my account as Im really frustrated the way the amazon has been handling the cases. Does de activation solve the matter?

this isn’t the only case . It has been only 5 months since amazon has entered UAE market and its an absolute mess .We had souq before and the way the souq website handled each case was a blessing .However , when amazon took over it has been a disaster . Sellers are more like experiemental rats ,and honestly , I have been incurring losses since then.
This experience was the last straw for me . I will return the item to the buyer ,however I dont trust amazon anymore .I had discussed this case since July 1 and July 8 the case was closed .However ,it was reopened again . I dont want to go into details but my concern is only to unauthorise Amazon from my bank account . If you can guide me for that .Ill appreciate ,otherwise thank you for your responses
