Read onlyHi everyone,
I recently got my seller fulfilled orders suspended and they asked me to send proof of delivery etc. I've tried appealing it 6 times the past month but I havent had any luck so far. I've had 5 orders, of which 3 have been delivered and 2 have been canceled. I have made an excel spreadsheet with the orders, tracking links, delivery dates etc. For the 2 canceled orders I have screenshotted the refund confirmation email. I also included an email from my supplier explaining a delay which caused the 2 orders to remain unshipped. I have asked the 3 buyers to confirm receipt of the orders, which they did. I have added a registration extract and a bank statement. I have attached screenshots of 12 recent alibaba orders. I have emailed a few higher up emails to escalate the issues, but havent had any response so far.
I am not sure what else I could do and, of course, it is never specified why my appeals keep getting declined.
Can you post the deactivation notice?
Amazon really only wants you to advertise stock you actually have so orders that were cancelled because you didnt have the stock wouldnt be deemed acceptable even with a supplier email.
Amazon view their sellers metrics in terms of percentages. Even though the number of orders is tiny you immediately have a 40% cancellation rate which suggests to Amazon there is a problem with your business model. Either you're selling products you don't have and/or can't get them to the customers in a timely manner, either way it's not a service level that Amazon want on their platform as it reflects back on Amazon as a whole.
Screenshots of Alibaba orders aren't going to help, Amazon will want to see invoices to your business (and possibly delivery notes too) from the manufacturer or wholesaler to satisfy Amazon that you hold bone fide inventory which is ready to send out. If you're drop shipping then Amazon will want proof from your suppliers of their stock (often copies their manufacturer/wholesaler invoices which they may or may not be willing to provide to you) along with proof of the delivery service level agreement contract you have with them.
Amazon won't accept a screenshot of an Amazon inventory as proof of your stocks. To make it as simple as possible, others have suggested a better way out of your trouble.
Provide them with an invoice{s} for the {some of} item listed and sold on Amazon. If you do no already have this invoice purchase these products from a reputable supplier or manufacturer. Minimum number would be 10pcs but more is better.
Furthermore, there are options than cancelling an order.
So you're saying I should try attaching pdf invoices instead of screenshots this time? I've asked the suppliers to make those for me yesterday, am just waiting to receive those atm. Idk what else they could want from me. I've sent the requested documents regarding proof of delivery and an explanation for what has not been delivered plus the business extract and bank account details.
I've sent them Alibaba screenshots of about 50k worth of inventory but I was thinking whether it could be an issue that I'm not buying and reselling ready-made products, but parts instead that I then turn into the end product. Maybe I'll have to explain that to them as well.
