Help with selling less known brands

I sell loads of items, mostly greetings cards and gifts. The card sales have gone crazy since shops shut but I’m looking for some advice. My listings on well known card brands sell really well but listings I’ve created that no one else sells I really struggle with, should I be putting in more keywords, descriptions etc or is it just that they are less well known so wont come up in searches anyway?
