This issue is related to our Child ASINs: B0DRSR531N & B0DJT6F7XW. Both ASINs have been performing well over the last 30 days and were appearing in search results for most relevant keywords. However, suddenly, they have disappeared from search results entirely.
This is not an SEO or listing optimization issue, as our keywords were already indexed and ranking well. We suspect that Amazon has deliberately pushed down our sales, as we were among the top-performing sellers in the hotel soaps category. We are also running active ad campaigns, yet the Buy Box is missing, and sales have dropped drastically.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will have no option but to reconsider selling on Amazon and explore other marketplaces, as Amazon is currently our only sales platform.
We request you to urgently investigate and restore our listings' visibility and Buy Box to avoid further disruption to our business.
