No Invoice suspension
Hi all I started selling here in April 2021. I have found some cheap stamps on ebay and resold on amazon. I didnt know about what amazon required for invoice.
after selling the first 10 set I messaged the seller to buy more to sell via direct bank transfer and so i bought more.
one customer complained of inauthentic so I requested invoice from this ebay seller with like 2200 reviews he just generated one without phone number ,just a generic invoice,i couldnt send that to amazon so amazon closed that listing .
Amazon has suspended my account due to that stamp in two asins.
just to add when he couldnt provide me me amazon required invoice i removed all the inventory i had and deleted the listing from the first customer complains.
I continued to sell other products which I had proper invoice for and in my appeal have shown my new supplier but no help
I have appeal 3 times but have been getting same response
any advice will assist me pls. will mediation help?

Hello @ozmirlik,
Thank you for writing to Seller Forum community.
I understand that you received product authenticity complaints on two ASINs and your account’s Selling Privileges were taken down. You are trying to appeal but same is not accepted.
When you receive authenticity complaints, you are required to submit invoices of the products that are in question. In case you are unable to provide valid invoices, only a strong Plan of Action can reinstate the account.
After going through your appeal, I see multiple areas which needs to be reworked.Though your Corrective Measures are good, Your Root Cause and Preventive Measures needs to be reworked.
Root Cause:
1- What can be the reasons for Authenticity complaints from buyers?
2- Which courier service did you use?
3- What is your procedure for procuring the items?
4- What did you miss to check while sourcing the products?
The corrective measures:
1- What was your immediate action taken to resolve the customer complaints?
2- How did you help the buyer when they reached out to you with the complaints?
The preventive steps:
1-What is the process you will follow while sourcing items?
2) You said that you will buy from authorized dealer but what is the method you will use to identify a authorized dealer. How will you check that?
3) You mentioned that you will source from new supplier. How will you ensure that new supplier is selling you the authenticity products?
4) What are your steps to check product authenticity?
Once you are ready with detail Plan of Action, please click on Appeal button and submit it.
I hope this information will help you draft a good Plan of Action.

Mittu

Are your other ‘proper invoices’ from recognised wholesalers / suppliers with their details, website, vat number, payment terms etc on and totally matching all the company details you have put into Amazon?

You may also find yourself in trouble from another direction, because it’s a criminal offence in the UK to deal in fake postage stamps. Do you have enough expert knowledge to be able to say with absolute certainty that the stamps you bought were not fakes? You’d better hope your customer hasn’t reported you to Royal Mail.
I think you are going to find it very difficult to reinstate your account. The only possible road to redemption might be to purchase “replacement” stamps from what Royal Mail call “a reputable Royal Mail approved outlet” and then hope that Amazon will accept this display of good faith. I believe that has worked in the past for some sellers caught out doing retail arbitrage of other items.
But you will still have to explain to Amazon what on earth possessed you to do this in the first place.
Other sellers may have a different take on this to mine.

Buying from eBay is not a valid supply chain and most likely not be accepted as a legitimate source.
I think it mentions this under the Seller University ‘Guidelines to sourcing products’ video.
