Reactivate seller account
HI I am at a loss on how to reactivate my account I have supplied all documents as requested and also had a video call identity check .
My payment account verification did not pass and am not sure if the video call was for that issue or documents needed
Contacting support only produces generic results , the last response from amazon was asking for a video identity check, after following the link I am told the call was complete and they are evaluating the check which i assume refers to call made 2 days ago.
So my question is do i still need to wait for a response to this call
As my account health page is asking me to provide more information but i have no clue what they need
Contacting support through there own pages just sends me a round in circles

Well in that case ill relax now to be honest documentation was checked accepted or rejected in minutes.
I always thought PayPal support was hard to work with , But this is on a new level with generic responses from support and no way to call or contact them
I will keep you updated if i get a response within 2 months before they close this thread

Looked at that , first login had the banner warning and nowhere to submit new info
now shows as validating I have entered no new information .
was looking for the test that states add benificial owners as per the email from Amazon

How do I submit the required information?
To continue with your account verification, add all in-scope beneficial owners by completing the following instructions:
- Go to the “Identity Information” section of Seller Central:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/SSR/BusinessKYCInfo/spaDashboard - Click “+Add beneficial owner” which is located at the bottom of the screen, in blue font.
- Enter the beneficial owner’s details.
- Click “Save”.
- Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 for all in-scope beneficial owners.
- Click “Submit for verification”.

Not yet , As i seem to have missed or overlooked that that part in the sign up
I provided the information yesterday by email as requested , this morning i recieved a email asking for me to provide this information through the account page

I’m assuming that’s nothing to worry about the warnings just there in the case that i want to change details ?

The spelling mistake on account holder name
Account is all verified but as you can see there is a spelling mistake , what would be the best way to get this resolved.
I would rather have everything correct before going on the next hurdle of listing products
