Need Help!! "Verification Failed We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. Amazon UK and EU."

We've been selling on Amazon UK without issue for 2+ years. In January we received a message about a routine KYC check. After lots of back and forth with documents we suddenly got the dreaded message that our account had been suspended. 24hrs later it was de-activated. After escalating the matter and appealing the account was re-activated but our inventory is still stranded and our listings are not appearing in search. Under our Business Information section in settings there is a red exclamation mark and the message "Verification Failed We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support." We have tried contacting seller support as well as emailing the KYC team several times but each time we get an automated email back saying we can't open a seller account. Our business is owned by myself, my wife and an UK investor who holds 1/3rd of the shares via an overseas SPV. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

The same thing happened to me. I sent messages for support 20 times and they wrote ready answers to all of them.

You explain that you were requested to provide updated documents for the owners of your business and that after the rejection, this was escalated for a second review.

Now you´re frustrated because you don´t get an explanation on why it was rejected.

Unfortunately, I can´t have a look at your documents, but I recommend you to check the document requirements in our help pages. This one gives a specific list per country of origin:
