Customer lied and sent back different item
sent a transparency enabled product to customer. They lied and sent us a different color and model item back saying we sent wrong product. A to z refunds customer. What is sense of transparency codes then. We clearly sent correct item

I don't have a solution for Amazon allowing theft and fraud BUT if this was shipped using the USPS please report the issue to the Postal Inspectors as mail fraud. If not, report it to the carrier.
ALSO the Government has a site IC3 (Amazon will remove the link if I put it here but it’s part of the FBI for an easy search) where you can report the use of the internet for theft if it was UPS, FedEx or whatever. It is generally used to report on websites but it can be used to report buyers as well if you happen to encounter one of the Amazon scam crowd.
In all cases it at least puts the con artists into a data base for future reference by the authorities.
There's an OLD saying -- If you aren't part of the solution you are part of the problem.
PLEASE REPORT, REPORT, REPORT, REPORT.
And, DO NOT forget the Police Department where you are, as well as where the 'buyer' is!

Many different items are returned. This is just another scam that Amazon allows and encourages.

it means it is acceptable practice allowed by amazon encouraged by RFS! Only way it stops is if y'all spread the word to every soul you meet spread the word of this Amazon gift to all customers! It also seems like this is on the rise again with the Amazon boycott and don't forget about the negative feedback and all this has done is pushed most of our listings or double up listings back to eBay!

Here's one for you. Customer claims they never received the item. I show them proof they received item, they actually picked it up at post office. Customer files A to Z claim, Scamazon finds in my favor. Customer puts in return request for item they claim they never received now claiming I sent incorrect item, Scamazon of course automatically approves the request issues customer full refund and charges me for return shipping also. Have not received the return package back, am curious what I will receive or if i will receive anything at all and I know I sent the correct item and also included a case free of charge to protect said item. Don't we all just love Scamazon's fair policies towards the sellers.
