Setting asin handling time to 0, so it takes from my seller account based handling time

Setting asin handling time to 0, so it takes from my seller account based handling time

I’ve been trying to set on an ASIN basis, both by edit and uploading files ( i was advised i only had to put sku, “PartialUpdate” and by leaving handling time blank, it would reset the handling on the ASINs so that it takes from my account default (0day)

However no matter what i do, it is still visible in the listing and not reflecting on amazon.

i did have this working, now it seems its all been reverted back, seller support are seemingly unable to help.

does anyone know how to get handling time reset to zero

the above is listed on amazon articles, but it doesnt seem to work for me

My default is 0 day and using the Price and Quantity upload file, I managed to reset the handling time to Blank which took my default setting as a result.
