IOSS on Royal Mail
Hi,
I’m hoping someone can help. I’m trying to ensure that the IOSS number is correctly marked on our postage labels. We use Royal Mail Click & Drop. I’ve inputted the Amazon IOSS into the Trading Name on Click & Drop, as per Royal Mail instructions, but it doesn’t seem to show up on the label or CN22 when I go to print them. Help! Has anyone come across this issue and can advise what to do?
Thank you!

If you have integrated your click and drop directly in to Amazon it will come across automatically. It is not displayed on the label because it is sent digitally but the label should show a little ioss logo down near your signature. Royal Mail have changed all of the service codes for IOSS deliveries and it will only work if you use the new service codes. It will not work for purchases at the post office. There is a chart in the middle of this link https://www.royalmail.com/business/international/guide/delivered-duties-paid/ioss-faqs

Thank you so much. So - after some investigation it appears I didn’t have the correct codes set up on Royal Mail - DE4 and DG4 as a minimum. Now happily after speaking to my account manager (and waiting a week for someone to switch them on) everything is now live, and all export orders are showing the IOSS logo on these codes.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely use that one
