"Other" transaction fee with no transaction IDs
Over the past few months I have 10 deductions to my account for "other" fees but no transaction IDs associated to them.
EXAMPLE
12/23/2024 Released Standard Orders Other --- Others 0 0 0 -169.43 -169.43
Sorry the cut and paste does not work so well
I have put in several cases to get an explanation to what these are and if I do get a response it is due to an internal error that is being resolved or the best answer is these fees are covered by the service agreement...
What the heck .... so, Amazon can take our money without notice, reasoning or explanation because we signed a service agreement stating they can?
Here is a bit of chat from today
"Please note that the 'Other' charges from the payments dashboard are not needed to be associated with any form of transaction ids because these types of charges are already mentioned in your seller service agreement"
Can this really be true?

Hello @Seller_aGxw03qUZE7Yh
Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Forums. Could you please share the case ID you opened with Seller Support regarding these "Other" charges? This will help us better assist you with your concern.
Regarding "Other" transactions in your Payments reports, these typically include:
- Your subscription fees outlined in the seller service agreement
- Charges related to A-to-z Guarantee claims
- Corrections made by Amazon to address account discrepancies
For a breakdown of these charges, please contact Seller Support and reference your previous case number.
Kind regards,
Nano

I am getting the same issue with a nearly $5000 fee listed only as "other". Did you get any resolution with this?
