Freight progressive number (PRO) for FBA pallets post 1 November?
I use a Palletline member to ship pallets to FBA.
Anyone know what a freight progressive number is and whether this is required for Palletline members?
The links in the Amazon email titled, “Carrier and tracking information will be required starting November 1 Carrier and tracking information will be required starting November 1” don’t fully explain - unless I’ve missed something?

This seems to have been implemented yesterday as it was asking for it on a new shipment.
Our local palletline member has contacted their amazon team and they are saying its not needed for palletline deliveries as they are a preferred carrier.
When you book the shipment it wont complete and accept bol unless you add a pro number. ended up just putting palletline in the box where it asks for the pro/freight number and it worked.
I have my doubts about their information saying palletline deliveries not needing the pro number but it can be updated and according to amazon needs to be added before delivery. They will soon find out if palletline start getting problems.

As an update changed the palletline shipments pro/fright number to fba shipment id.
Shipment was checked in last night and all units now received.
