Not able to connect to Seller Support via Phone

I have been trying to contact seller support via telephone but cannot connect correctly. I do not wish to contact via chat or email as the responses do not resolve the issue I am trying to raise. I have been trying to contact for over 2 weeks now. I request the call, the call comes in. I am asked if it is about customers or orders or something else. I select something else. the call transfers …but it does not connect correctly. I hear nothing and from the replies I get to my case log the agent responding hears nothing too.

I have tried to report this via chat too and the replies are ridiculous and refer to listings or products as they are obviously the cut and paste options the seller support agents have.

Anyone able to help me find a solution or advise how to report this issue?
