This is very bad service and unjust. feeling powerless and anxiety

I have more 300 units in amazon warehouses and without reason they decided to deactivate my account after more then a year of collabration. no explanation and no one to call for help!

their Epost response is just a joke and making me more angry and confusion.

I am feeling speachless and powerless!

yes utility bill matches.

sole trader. HMRC UTR uploaded

they asked me a bank statement for proof of address. they did not mention whether its home or business address.

no i mean you may have to pay back all the VAT that they haven’t been charging you: how can I pay back when I am not liable for VAT? . my turnover is not even close to 85000gp?

You can declare VAT exemption at which point they’ll charge you VAT on certain deliveries and fees. Having not declared exemption there may be a significant amount owed to HMRC

Have you checked every detail matches exactly? I used the bank confirmation letter you get in the app from starling so it’s not that specifically.

When you changed your mobile number, what was the first notification you received wanting documents and what did you send?

What was the email before that one saying you could no longer sell? Is your starling account in the business name or your name?

its being more then 5 weeks and my account is still deactivated. shame on you amazon .

I tried evrything to contact with them and asked them why is my account deactivated but no result!!

I contacted amazon VAT department and they told me that there is no issue for VAT in my account.
Any one here knows a direkt Number to call amazon management department or some one who has more right like a ?? what amazon doing to my our business is unacceptable. is there any one who knows also how to make complains agains amazon , I want to go all way to the court if its possible because they are missusing their power and lost , lossing my investment because their bad customer support?

They have deducted a remaining balance from my bank account last week and now there is 57GP unpaid balance how? my account was deactivated where is this expenses come from and why not talking to me instead of charging me only??

you used to be TCLStore Ltd - but it was dissolved a few months ago
it also states you live in Sweden
which is why amazon keep asking you for a VAT number

If your CH (Companies House) profile states that you live in Sweden then that presumably will be the problem.
