Italian tax compliance declaration, but also blocked, how to solve it?

On April 22, 2023, we received an notification which told us our account is not in compliance with Amazon’s policies and/or your VAT filing requirements in Italy. And our Italian site has been closed by Amazon.

After communicate with the tax agent, we have confirmed that we have always made compliant declarations and kept the declaration receipts.

We contacted the IT tax bureau, but there was no response. We have always filed declarations and saved the declaration receipts, but Amazon still closed our store.

If we have any arrears with the tax bureau, we will definitely be willing to pay them back, but neither the tax bureau nor Amazon have told us the specific reasons. The Italian site is no longer selling, which means we cannot participate in the pan-European plan. We don’t know what else to do. How can we solve the issue?
