Useless Seller Support?
Is it just me or are amazon seller support the worst? Had a lot of issues with a-z claims, fake feedback and issues and always get the same generic messages on every issue i bring to them. Always been the same since i started selling years ago.
Any ways to get actual good use out of them?

It’s often found that there’s a few members on the call feature who are helpful but I’ve never had one & generally I try avoid using it because I just go around in circles. We’re having A-Z issues at the mo. where despite it being bought via buy shipping they’re counting against our ODR but it is what it is & SS just gave me the same generic answer over and over again.

Resurrecting an older thread, but have just been catching up with posts, and the first five I read ALL said how useless Seller Support is, and we all know there are many more:
amazon seller support are literally useless
the support team are useless,
seller support doesn’t help me at all.
no one can help me.
They haven’t got a clue
They really do need to do something about it - just not good enough for such a major, international company.
(my moan for today !)
