Are you having issues with seller suport?
They ve been holidy my money since 03.03. It got to a point where I dont have money for bills and food and they just refuse to address my concern. It is like they dont even understand English. Any one else has this problem?

Your funds are being held on a rolling Account Level Reserve, to cover any refund claims from customers (items not received, not as described etc). That means you won’t get the money for each sale for at least a month and you have to allow for that in your business planning. For example, Sale on 1 March. Last EDD (Estimated delivery date) = 15 March. Add 7 days for any claims = 22 March. Next automatic disbursement 7 or 14 days later = 29 March or 5 April
This applies to all new sellers and many older ones. There is nothing you can do about it

Also it never happened before the 3rd March, so yes youre probably right, but it isnt that. When I ask them question they reply with something completely different. It is like am asking about apples and the reply is about oranges.
