Hi,
Pls help urgently. Amazon seller support has been unhelpful fespite multiple calls, emails and chats re this. They either don’t answer the question i asked at all or refer me to generic loosely related links.
Ive been selling on Amazon for around 6 weeks.
I have one listing which i’ve sold successfully for this time. It is a 100ml size priced at £17.97.
Recently, i created a variation ie a 50ml size to be priced at a sale price of £8.97 for some weeks then £9.97 thereafter .
I can see a parent listing with a ASIN number and SKU and two child listings with identical ASINs (different to parent) and individual SKUs. I sent >100 items of the new 50ml variation which are inbound on the queue.
However in my app when I click on the variation tab, both variations says (100ml) in brackets even though when I click on the product details as though to edit, it is set at 50ml.
Today (on the day I had set the sale price to start), it is advising live of a second option to buy for 1st November but at £8.97 for 100ml.
If one person pays twice the price for a 50ml and leaves me a review at this stage, it would massively affect my sales. I’m already trying to dispute a one star unverified rating.
For the time being, I’ve changed the sale start date to 1/11/24 and I’ve temporarily set the price to £17.97 for both variations given none are yet live or available.
Pls help urgently; it would be much appreciated.
