Can't upgrade from Individual to Pro

Hello. I’m trying to upgrade to Seller pro from individual, when I click manage on my account info, it just comes up to sign up for fba, and when I press sign up, it says welcome, but when I press manage again, it comes up the same sign up, and i’m already signed up for it in the first place.

Thanks

Don’t press register - press the blue upgrade button next to the word professional by sell on amazon

Try this link
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and for you, it should have the option to upgrade

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/64491

Edit - and just checking you do mean you want to upgrade to the pro selling plan - £25 a month for a storefront etc, and not change your legal entity as per your previous thread?

If its the latter and you want to change legal entity to sole trader, you’ll need to contact seller support

When I press that to upgrade, I get this same message.

and when I press register, as I said originally, I get this:

This happens every time!

Yes you are correct, I do want to register for the pro selling plan for £25 a month, and not the legal entity, at the moment.

If you are buying items specifically to sell on for profit then you must be registered with HMRC and have an Amazon Business Seller Account - there is no choice, as you are trading - it is a legal requirement - you cannot just choose to do it at a later date.
Amazon will soon pick up that you are trading and will suspend/deactivate your account until you have the correct legal entity.
PS. I have just read your other new thread about trademark - if you are reselling new items then you MUST do the above and register with HMRC and have a Business Seller Account.

That still does not address the issue of you not having a Business Seller Account - as said before the term Professional is NOT the same as a Business Account.
The two Account types (the legal entity) are Business and Individual (the latter being ONLY for selling off your own personally-owned, second-hand items, such as books, DVDs, CDs etc)
The two Selling PLANS are Professional and Individual.
A business seller can use either selling plan, you do not have to be on the Pro. plan, and in fact, until you are selling at least 34 items a month you are better off financially just being on the individual plan (though there are some other perks of the paid for plan).
I am a Business Seller, but have downgraded to the individual PLAN as my level of sales dropped below that level.

Just to clarify - Professional is NOT the same as a Business Seller Account, Pro is just the selling plan where you pay a monthly fee, not the seller account type.

Have you registered yet with HMRC as self-employed, probably sole trader ?
As per your previous thread, hopefully you did not register as limited company.
Once you get your UTR (as sole-trader) then you will need to ask Seller Support to enable you to change your account legal entity to Business Account.
Your screen shot shows that you have already registered for FBA.
Are you based in UK ?
