Missing stock in EU market places PAN EU
i have been signed up for pan eu for a while and have been successfully selling for a while now but we have always had a problem with some items showing as out of stock in different market places even though they are instock in uk. this is not all listing and even newly listed item can or cannot be affected by this. is there a setting i am missing here.
to be clear some stock shows in stock in eu, italy, france etc but some show as out of stock, even though there instock in the uk the same as the other listing that do work

Just to clarify, I take it you mean EFN, rather than PAN-EU? You have FBA stock in the UK, then you make listings available in the EU marketplaces fulfilled from your UK stock?
Which marketplaces are showing out of stock? Do you have the appropriate LUCID/EPR docs for Germany for instance?

As Peter says, in order to have stock showing in EU for PAN EU, you need to physically send the stock to the EU and have VAT registration in each country you wish to store stock
If you have stock in uk or one or two EU countries and wish to sell to all but don’t have vat reg in all, you have to enable EFN

To be clear on this, maybe I am getting confused with what the name of it is called. We have enabled amazon here in the UK to stock products we hold in the UK to be sent to fulfilment centres in Europe, this has worked for a handful of products but we cannot work out why the rest of marked as out of stock.
Is it simply the case that some work and some don’t? We have never sent products directly to other amazon fulfilment centres other than the UK yet in Italy for example a hand full of product sell and are In stock but others are not. Why is this?

That is exactly what I have done, they are all copied across, but why don’t they show as in stock?
