I have been trying many times to repay my balance so that I can close my account, however it will not repay my balance even after I click submit payment. I cannot find anyone to contact to help me with this issue and it is causing a lot of stress.

I just want someone to help me repay the balance so I can close my account.

It is also very annoying that Amazon Marketplace keep taking £1 off me!! but yet won’t let me repay my -£0.55p balance.

Unfortunately it’s been said previously that £10 is the minimum payment. Not sure if that’s still the case
