I've created an FBA shipment and UPS should have collected yesterday
this morning the status has changed to "Collected" but in fact no-one turned up and the goods are still in warehouse
collected UPS - pallet departments, they said that coventry depot / office is dealing with Amazon
called the number they gave me 024 7670 1000, waited for 30 minutes until someone will answer and as soon as i mentioned Amazon he just put the phone down on me and then no answers on my following call for the entire day
What do i do ?
If you paid for the collection through amazon try booking another collection. In my experience if they miss the date of the original collection they won't collect on another day.
