Changing company form or business Type

But the question is can I list and add products for sale during this process and start selling until my business form changes?

amazon can suspend your account if you are trading as the wrong legal entity

What you’re asking is more or less the same as your previous thread, maybe stick to that one, as you have already been given advice/help.
…but as Little_Shop says, definitely do not start selling yet until verified as you need a Business Seller Account
