Fake order and huge returns for FBA-KSA

hello all sellers

I am selling on Amazon KSA marketplace since 2 years. But this time i am getting alot of fake orders on my asins and getting alot of refunds which cause a significant loss to me. This is never happend before, My listings are close right now but when I active them again the same problem of refunds. Please suggest the solution

Thank you for your post. I suggest that if you see a pattern report it to Sellers Support. Report any suspicious orders before shipping them as well.

This happened to me before, but only with COD orders. It seems to be some kind of bot that attaches itself to an ASIN or a parent ASIN along with all its child ASINs, as it did in my case. The only way to stop it is to request your account manager, if you have one, or Seller Support to suspend all COD orders until Amazon completes its investigation. Apparently, Amazon is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.

faced same problem in FBA, customer returned other product and amazon didnt accepted reireimbursement

We have the same problem. Last month, almost all of one product was returned, and we’re worried this might keep happening. It seems Amazon can’t totally control these infractions yet. We really hope they take action quickly, or we won’t be able to sell our products normally.

actually this issue is happening overall .

and any reply of amazon support i have tried them all .

it's kindly part of cooperation. as amazon gain a lot of shipping charges without movement for products . and there's no policy for refund these amounts from amazon .

and if amazon isn't inside the issue they were going to fix them all .

but it's continuously since august 2024 till now .
