What is the usual wait time for registering a new brand, it’s been nearly 30 days. Is that normal?

I registered my first brand a couple month ago and it took less then a week to be approved, I applied for another brand nearly a month ago and it is still under review just getting every few days a copy paste email from SS telling me that they are looking in to it
