You are not alone - there are MANY threads about the same problem, but no-one here on this forum can resolve the issue, it is an Amazon problem.
I would be curious if the search is broken on the affected listings,
we have found hundreds of listings in our own inventory,
where the asin cannot be found by search even in it's own category
and keyword searches also do not work.
cases with seller support have been varied in quality :(
